Gerdyn Jose Mojica

Gerdyn Jose Mojica — known as G — is originally from Camden, New Jersey, with roots in the Dominican Republic. He is a legacy architect within the ecosystem and participated in the Futuro MMXXV cohort at Georgetown University. G is the founder of Theo G’s Latin Kitchen in Baltimore, Maryland — a restaurant and cultural venture that channels his heritage into a living expression of Dominican and Latin American cuisine, community, and identity.
